Founder

Kayleen Simmons

Serving on the Board and working with the PHP clients has given me a unique opportunity to give back to the community.  Over the past couple of years, we have all felt the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we have all had to adjust and adapt to the changing world around us.  Our staff rose to the challenge and successfully transitioned the PHP program to a virtual format, and in doing so, were able to continue providing the PHP program during a time when it has been most needed. The women PHP serves were especially hard it and have needed PHP more than ever.  PHP has been an invaluable resource for these women, providing them with the tools, coaching, and support to help them get back on their feet and improve their employment situation, creating a better future for themselves and their families.

I am grateful for our agency partners, employer partners, donors, and volunteers that support this life changing program.  You all contribute to the success of PHP.  Without your support, PHP would not be able to reach as many women or be as impactful.

Sr. Compliance Manager and CRA Officer, Sallie Mae Bank
