Our Program

"Working with Becky was such a joy. She is always prepared and eager to learn. Through hard work and focus, she has landed a great job and I am confident she will be successful and a valued employee. Although I was her mentor, I learned a lot from her as well. This has been a terrific experience. "

Our Flexible Thinking workshops help you change the way you think about success, push past personal barriers, and become accountable and responsible.

Our Employment Foundation workshops help you fine-tune your marketable skills, learn valuable job search skills, and strategize how to stay relevant in an ever-changing job market, PLUS how to make a great impression with a prospective or current employer.

Employer Meet & Greets

Once a month, PHP facilitates an Employer Meet and Greet in which clients hear from several employer partners and learn about employment opportunities available now and in the future. Clients are able to connect with valuable community resources and recruiters directly.

Our Employer Partners offer entry-level positions with upward mobility, competitive pay, employee benefits, and several also offer ongoing training opportunities and/or tuition reimbursement. Employer Meet and Greets are a valuable resource to our clients who gain valuable insight from hiring managers and human resource professionals.
