Meet Heidi. When she began the PHP Successful Employment Program in 2002, Heidi was discouraged, frustrated and unable to find a job. With her unemployment benefits ending, Heidi was desperate to find a way to feed and shelter her three children. Heidi attended every workshop, mentoring and coaching session that PHP had to offer. With no more than a high school diploma, Heidi consistently applied for good jobs and was hired for an entry-level position at Zions Bank in September 2003. She quickly proved to be a dependable, determined go-getter and has since earned several raises and promotions. Heidi continues to be one of Zions Bank’s top producing employees.
